Vacancies with SCMA

SCMA is the national voice of the childminding sector in Scotland. We work with our members to help improve the wellbeing and outcomes for Scotland's children. We also play a big part in influencing change at government level to ensure new legislation is proportional and fits our member's needs.

Around 83% of Scotland's childminders are members of SCMA.  Work with us if you share our Vision of 'Quality childminding... building confident children within a family childcare experience'.

Are you passionate about nurture, high quality childcare and making a real difference to children and families in Scotland? Do you want to be part of SCMA – a thriving membership organisation, advocating on behalf of childminders and delivering services across Scotland?

The Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA) is the national voice of childminding in Scotland. SCMA is a national Third Sector and membership organisation that promotes childminding as a quality childcare service.
